Manager

1. Job Description

  • A local general manager for day-to-day operation.
  • Responsible for office’s administrative management.
  • Responsible for program development and management.
  • English teaching and/or engaging in Club’s other programs and activities.
  • Responsible for day-to-day financial control up-to predetermined amount.
  • Build efficient and effective public relations with persons and organizations outside YumeKiz Club.
  • Plan and practice effective marketing.
  • Any other works required to make YmeKiz Learning Club successful.

2. Qualifications

  • A local general manager for day-to-day operation
  • US citizen or those who can legally work in the United States or Hawaii
  • Bachelor’s degree in English language, teaching or any other related fields
  • 5 years or more teaching experience in English and/or other subjects related to YumeKiz’s programs or activities.
  • Japanese skill is required. Acceptable skill level to be determined at an interview by YumeKiz International principle.
  • Other language skill than English and Japanese such as Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
  • Cross-culture teaching experience is an advantage.
  • Child care degree or certificate is an advantage.

 
 

Instructor

1. Job Description

  • Responsible for program development and management.
  • English teaching and/or engaging in club’s other programs and activities.
  • Assist Manager in conducting office’s administrative management.
  • Assist Manager in building efficient and effective public relations with persons and organizations outside YumeKiz Club.
  • Assist Manager planning and conducting effective marketing.
  • Any other works required to make YmeKiz Learning Club successful.

2. Qualifications

  • US citizen or those who can legally work in the United States or Hawaii.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English language, teaching or any other related fields with 2 years or more of teaching experience.
  • Two year junior or community college certificate in English, teaching or other program related to YumeKiz’s programs or activities with 4 years or more teaching or other working experience related to YumiKiz’s programs or activities.
  • Japanese skill is required. Acceptable skill level to be determined at an interview by YumeKiz International principle.
  • Other language skill than English and Japanese such as Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
  • Cross-culture teaching experience is an advantage.
  • Child care degree or certificate is an advantage.
